Gioia S.p.A. and its subsidiaries have implemented a whistleblowing management process, including anonymous reporting, to help prevent unlawful acts, irregularities, or misconduct in violation of the Organization Model, Model 231, the Anti-Corruption Policy, the Group’s Code of Ethics, and internal and/or external regulations.
